Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that Debit cardholders will be able to withdraw cash from any ATM without paying any extra charge for the next three months.
Also, no minimum balance maintenance will be asked for by banks for the next month and there has been a reduction in bank charges for a digital trade transaction.
This decision comes to light after the Coronavirus outbreak sparks in the nation.
